In my role at Bikur Cholim D'Satmar, I work as part of the NHS IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) services. My primary focus here is on goal-oriented therapy, designed to empower individuals to overcome challenges and make meaningful changes in their lives. Drawing upon evidence-based psychological techniques, I guide clients in setting achievable targets and equip them with the tools and strategies they need to reach these goals.This position allows me to bring my expertise in mental health to a wider audience, thanks to the NHS's commitment to improving access to quality psychological care. In this role, I collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive a well-rounded approach to mental health treatment.
