For nearly two decades, I’ve provided clients with web development and computer programming solutions on a freelance basis. I embrace new challenges and enjoy the opportunity to automate cumbersome tasks for my clients. I work in a variety of computer languages including C#, PERL and Java among others; with the ability to build new solutions and debug/enhance existing programs. My projects include overseeing mobile app development – from designing user workflow to overseeing programming and project management; data scraping aggregation bots; and loosely coupled systems integrations.

As the Director of Operations at SimkowitzCo., I wore many hats and did whatever it took to help this boutique financial services organization operate in the most efficient way possible. My responsibilities included oversight of company workflows, procedures and reporting; automation of time consuming processes such as accounts receivable decision making; set up and maintenance of an employee portal; and oversight of the company website. Two of my more notable accomplishments at SimkowitzCo. involved integrating the agency CRM with carrier systems and building a mobile app that allowed the team to access policyholder data remotely. I also built and maintained a wide range of customized production reports.

Website Programmer, I was responsible for serving two major clients: Adorama and Leisure Pro. among others. Responsibilities included computer programming; project management; creating database entry systems; and data transformations.During this timeframe, we completed extensive programming for eBay and Yahoo stores. I stood apart in my ability to make Yahoo stores look identical to their real stores.As always, my strengths involved achieving the greatest impact possible with the tools at hand and zooming in with laser focus to identify and fix core issues, without creating other disruptions.
