• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data and analytics solutions• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate complex data insights• Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and optimal performance of analytics solutions• Provide support for data-related projects, including data modeling, data profiling, and data quality assessment• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analytics processes and tools• Translate business requirements to functional specifications for IT and manage changes to those specifications• Assist with the communication between the business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation, as well as with business process redesign and documentation• Analyze and understand a business operations' strengths and weaknesses to identify opportunities for automating processes and functions

-Create and maintain company documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for business-Schedule and perform audit activities, to include pre-audit planning, audit execution and evaluation and post-audit follow-up and recommendations.-Support process pilots in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions -Elaborate training material and conduct training sessions on improvement tools & methodologies-Prepare monthly quality performance report-Manage the risk mapping project-Manage the project of migration to ISO 9001:2015
