• Analysis of fraud trends and development of improved detection models.• Continuous monitoring to detect suspicious transactions, unusual behavior and fraudulent activity using dedicated detection tools and systems.• Preparation of regular reports on fraud and dispute activities, including trends, resolution rates, and monthly reporting to BANK Al MAGHRIB• Managing investigations into reported cases of international fraud and handling disputes requested by customers.• Monitoring international laws and regulations (Visa and Mastercard) regarding financial fraud and disputes.• Development and implementation of fraud prevention strategies and proposal for improvement of internal procedures to minimize the risk of fraud.
