Current- Providing direct technical assistance for global customers from various industries via SAP’s CustomerService System.
- Collaboration with fellow Application Support colleagues and other internal organizations to provideoutstandingn customer service.
- Providing real-time support with Expert Chat.
- Writing KBAs to enrich the knowledge base and service automation to support customer self-service.
- Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud environment (Models, Dashboards, Connectivity, Security, etc...)
