Data and Business Intelligence Developer: Orchestrating the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reports, and dashboards in line with the Analytics module within the Group's AMaaS solution (Asset Management as a Service program) at the DB&T (Digital Business and Technology) department. My purview encompasses the complete lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production launch, user assistance and deployment of the module in the various Business Units.My Responsibilities Include:● Collaborating in the analysis and design of requirements around the Analytics module, including assessing the technical feasibility of new backlog items.● Executing developments related to workstreams concerning the Analytics module of the AMaaS solution, while adhering to budget and timeline constraints and following our established agile methodology.● Conducting Data Preparation using BigQuery (SQL), while simultaneously handling technical deployment responsibilities, such as creating instances, configuring environments, and scheduling queries.● Designing and crafting dashboards and reports using LookerStudio, encompassing their creation, documentation, unit testing, and eventual production launch.● Contributing to the continual enhancement of the technical quality of the Analytics product, which involves code quality improvement, performance optimization, security enhancements, defect reduction, and the overall improvement of deliverable quality.

Production of a Power BI application for SNCF Réseau Infra PACA department as part of a continuous improvement project. The goal is to automate the reporting process.The Power BI application serves as an environment where we package sets of Power BI reports and distributed them to a wide audience in the form of a user-friendly and self-contained application.My mission includes:● Designing MSBI dashboards and reports from inception to completion, using input datasets or, in certain instances, even initiating the process from the creation of the input database itself, all the way to the final publication of the report within our application.● Conducting internal meetings with clients, including department heads from the Infrastructure Department in the PACA region, as well as the heads of relevant groups, to reach a consensus on the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) they wish to monitor. These discussions encompass the visualization preferences and the desired presentation format for their KPIs, along with establishing mutually agreed-upon timelines to ensure adherence.● Data preparation involved utilizing Power Query for data connectivity and management.● Finalizing and conducting testing with the client. Once confirmed, the report is then published within the PACA Infrastructure Department's application, making it accessible at any time.

This determination helps identify whether these variations are suspicious or not before transmitting the information to suppliers.My missions: ● Generate datasets from the weekly forecasts generated by the APC Jaguar tool.● Employing SQL queries to extract data from the Airbus Skywise platform.● Building a forecast variance table for each equipment and generating an alert file to be shared among department members. This document plays a pivotal role in their decision-making process, aiding in the evaluation of prediction reliability before sending requests to their multiple suppliers.
