Having studied and practiced meditation as part of East Asian wisdom since 2007, I am passionate about sharing these transformative tools in the workplace.Meditation sessions in the workplace provide a quiet space to pause the unfolding routine and to approach our present challenges with clarity, compassion, and greater effectiveness. We will explore and practice various types of meditation, including mindfulness, drawing from authentic sources.Through these sessions, we will gain valuable tools for the development of the mind and learn how to apply them beneficially in everyday life.
