I entered the health insurance industry at an entry-level position seventeen years ago. At MAMSI I received a total of six promotions and an award plaque for Meritorious Service. Overall, I have eight years of leadership experience including 5 years in a call center, 2 years in an enrollment distribution center, and over one year with quality assurance of claims. As a unit manager, I raised an inexperienced team to one of the higher level performing groups. I also have two years experience as a Business Analyst. In my current position at CareFirst, I supervise a team of workers located in three offices, each in a different state. Using SharePoint, I have implemented a new tracking system which has increased work quality and enhanced agreement and resolution between the claims processing and claims quality teams.I am hoping to achieve further success for myself and my employer by displaying a strong work ethic and unrivaled determination.
