My mission: Safeguard grassroot livestock producer's legislative voice and livelihoods. Founding the Oklahoma Independent Stockgrowers Association in 2017, we strive to accomplish this task. Generational ranchers have long relied on historic agriculture groups and associations to take care of their "political problems" which were few until a global centralized control agenda entered our industry. Apparent in 2014 we could no longer trust these groups to represent us and noting that much of the onslaught of agricultural media were reporting one sided views with an agenda. Understanding leadership had been infiltrated and was being funded by radical extremists who did not have American cattle producer's or consumer's best interest in mind OISA was formed. Boots on the ground allowed me a big picture view of the dismantling taking place.Public Private Partnerships between radical extremists, wealthy NGO's (Non-Governmental Organizations), all federal agencies and once trusted agriculture organizations, associations, foundations, agriculture media and land grant university boards with an agenda are incrementally working covertly to control our food and resource production system.Local, state and national civic and agriculture boards served: Oklahoma Cattlewoman President 2 terms, American National Cattlewoman budget committee and Beef Speakers Bureau, Women in Farm Economics member and speaker; National Cattlemen's Beef Board, Animal Ag Alliance interim ANCW board member, Oklahoma Agricultural Enhancement and Diversity board, Oklahoma Beef Council, Positions on some of these boards allowed me to witness the infiltration of the global top-down centralized control model. Political Involvement: 2016 Oklahoma Trump delegate/presidential inauguration. OK Republican Congressional District 3 Vice Chair 2 terms, currently serving as Dewey County State GOP Committee representative. Various awards: 2024 Lucas Oil's Friend of the Land recipient, 2014 Pioneering Women of Industry Nominee, 2013 Oklahoma Women in Agriculture Award; 2006 Oklahoma Cattle Woman of Year, Oklahoma Cattlemen's Association's Range Roundup Ranch Women in 1987.I will continue to share my experiences over the past decade using it as warning to legislators, ag media and those once trusted ag organizations, they must pay attention to the grassroots cattle producer; protect their liberty to produce in a manner that is profitable affording that producer can pass on his heritage to the next generation of food producers.https://www.linkedin.com/mynetwork/invite-connect/connections/
