● Review and send booking confirmation to forwarders as per customer shipping instructions and incoterm● Liaison with distribution planning team on shipment arrangement● Verification of shipping documents to ensure shipping details are correct. (shipment value, incoterm, address, payment account)● Ensuring physical goods are checked before releasing to forwarders● Problem-solving if any logistical issues arise● Understanding of Oracle ERP System, Free Zone Regulations, FTA Arrangements, and Lean Management
