I worked in Rainbow Medicare Pvt Ltd as an Intern. I went through all department to understand the management of staff for the first 2month of my 3months duration. In my last month i worked on customer satisfaction level. I also made an analysis on the discharge process of the customer by tracking the work done in time or not. This made me to analyze the caused of delay in process and identified the rectification to be done in particular areas.
