Assisting the Managing Director on Day to Day Basis

Designated as Territory Sales Manager.

My responsibilities include getting in touch with the concerned HR professionals from companies across various sectors to facilitate the campus placements at our institute, coordinate with other team members, report to the faculty in charge about developments and aiding fellow students on placement related matters.

It was a summer internship for the duration of 8 weeks.

Giving presentations about the concept and the product and engage families to look out for a better holiday experience. Moreover, to attain sales figures for targets for the month.

I was responsible for customer service, visual merchandising, grievance handling, inventory management feedback, daily sales reports, cash and card settlements, day end reports etc.

It was a 20 week internship as a part of curriculum of 3 years of B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration at IHM Kolkata.
