Currently working as a Partner – People excellence at SKC World, I am a Chartered Accountant since 2009 and a B.Com (Hons) graduate from Delhi University. I have also completed courses from ICAI and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. My current role involves coaching entrepreneurs on scaling up their organizations consciously. I also coach senior leaders and mid-level managers across industries and organizations in being more productive, successful, and joyful. As a coach, I actively conduct leadership and transformational workshops for Indian and international audiences, including those of GGI.Heading the compliance division at SKC, I have single-handedly set up operations for the outsourcing of accounting and taxation work from the USA and Canada in SKC. I lead the international taxation and transfer pricing advisory cases and have worked with Ernst and Young in their corporate tax division. I work with people through empathy and manage large teams and clients through a process-driven approach. In my personal life, I like to play guitar, follow football and the latest trends in technology. I desire to keep exploring life and myself to achieve my full potential, while simultaneously helping people to achieve their true potential and “Be More.”
