I am a senior engineering leader with overall 16 years of experience, with last 10+ years building products in the retail and e-commerce domains. Starting as a mobile applications developer, I have been leading full-stack teams of Android, iOS, React-Native, React, Node and Java engineers for the last 8+ years.I currently lead the Account & Profile, Loyalty and Lists & Registry areas for Target Digital. In my recent roles, I served as the Senior Director and Head of Engineering at Daily Harvest, a late-stage e-commerce startup. I oversaw the company website, mobile apps, the backend services running the business, and the QE and DevOps functions. Prior to this, I spent about 6 years at Walmart Global Tech. Joining as an Android developer, in 2017, I transitioned to engineering management. Since 2019, I have been a leader of leaders. Over my career, I have led greenfield projects and complex migrations. I have built mobile apps leveraging the native frameworks and capabilities like the iOS and Android SDKs, and Wear and Auto. I have contributed to and have built platforms at Walmart-scale and at startups for mobile apps and websites. I have built teams from the ground-up, have set up teams in various offshore locations like Ukraine, China and India, and have led teams distributed throughout the USA and teams in India.
