As an Analyst to the Central Revenue Team, the role entailed responsibilities ranging from developing models and tools ready for consumption to end-to-end automation of reports, processes and triggers while executing the core competencies of analytics and insights.1. Tools: Sherlock - accurately assesses the revenue potential of a micro market based on several indicators from the field and online sources and the supply side, whether the micro market is over or undersupplied, and thus assisting the right buy rates for the properties.2. Automation: Hotel Adword bids - Integrated Google Adwords to trigger/stop ads based on the occupancy at hotel. The trigger brought the cost of sale down by 5-7% and boosted the hotel online presence. Awarded 'Obligation to Invent' - Award for the same.3. Automation: Hotel OTA checks - Reporting the properties whose inventory is out of sync for an OTA, which reduced the bandwidth usage of 4-5 hours per portfolio level check to 10 minutes of script run. 4. Treebo Rewards Program - Powered the pilot rewards program with analytics and repeat analysis. Setup the fraud analytics to categorise and identify possible frauds.
