 Handling key accounts and providing client support  Handling highly time sensitive shipments like AOG, Ships Spares and mobile shipments. Overseas coordination and monitoring the shipment traffics. Handling DDP,DAP,DDU,CPT , CFR shipments and customers support  Closely monitoring and Handling the DG shipments Receiving and sorting the pre alert from the overseas. Closely monitoring the airline ATA and arranging the express handling. Coordination with Airline and GHA. Clients support and providing the day to day updates Preparing quotation on custom clearance and delivery for the clients  Working knowledge in CALOGI and performing delivery order, dock book shipment tracking Etc. Prepare D A, transfer letter ( free Zone ) , bill of entry (customs clearance) and arranging the required approvals from the concern government department
