We are Xpheno (pronounced ‘ex-feeno’), a Specialist Talent Solutions company that offers Direct Hire, IT Staff Augmentation, Engineering Professional Services & Flexi Staffing services.-Involved in End to End Technical Recruitment involving Sourcing, Identifying, and Interviewing. -Training and mentoring 4 recruiters with regards to the end to end recruiting process.-Supporting team manager and performs management duties in the absence of the manager.-Negotiate the rates and salaries of the consultants according to the client needs. -Co-ordinate in setting up the interview and closing the loop and ensuring joining once confirmed for the assignment. -Regularly communicates with candidates/employers during the duration of assignment to maintain the relationship.

Shortlisting the profiles sourced and sending it to the respective hiring managers-Hiring inputs: Meeting hiring managers to understand niche skill profiles.-Promptly informing the rejected candidates about the reason for the rejections.
