• Know end to end process belongs to Equipment Finance Business with cash management.• Responsible for handling cash application and un applied suspense to locate a match and applybthe funds.• Lead for returns and refund team, primarily responsible for identifying the excessive fund received from customer and refund it back as per the business policy.• Identify the overpayment and place the fund to RC14 through the batch for refund. • Review and audit the refund done by the team and approve the refund in Fund it.• Creating Manual wires as per the requirement from clients. • Responsible to validate the contract / account on disposition, verify background checks. • Processing NSF return in daily basis for different line of business (MM, PMS, MDF, MSG) • Identifying the Misdirected payment and forwarding it back to the correct entity.• Pulling the fund from GL and placing it to respective return codes.• Providing necessary information to check printing team to make sure the refund is going back to the correct customer.• Assigning work to the team on daily basis and make sure the team is completing it.• Dealing with escalation and actively respond to all emails before the given time.• Preparing various reports like MOD, EOD, Open SR report, Error report, NSF report, aging report, MIS report, work flow report for all process etc.• Handling month-end reports (Cap-module, PRP – performance review board, individual KPI, monthly MIS).

• Payment Processing – (MT 103, MT 202, MT 202cov, Swift).• Responsible for funding the right funds to final customer.• Acting as an intermediary bank in trade issues and also with on-shore for the clients belonging to us. • Timely reporting and escalation of issues for quick resolution.• Handling month-end reports (Cap-module, PRP – performance review board, individual KPI, monthly MIS pack).• Overall responsibility shared with manager in day-to-day decision making, planning and management of the process volume. • The key deliverable includes strict TAT (turnaround time) and maintaining the track of production.
