▪ I’m a perpetual learner and I’m absolutely passionate about my work. I found my passion for Training and Human Potential Development when I first got the opportunity to train new joiners of a small BPO I was working with in Vadodara.From there, I’ve grown, evolved, added more to my belt and now I stand tall with over 14 years of L&D experience.▪ Along with core L&D and L&D Management, I've also worked on OD activities and interventions and played key roles in strategies involving human potential & capital development.▪ I’ve led, spearheaded and set-up: Traditional & non-traditional Talent Development initiatives, teams of up to 10 direct reports (L&D Team)▪ I’ve been a coach to various senior leadership teams of some organizations.▪ I’m also a consultant to organizations assisting them in defining their visions, goals, milestones, and paths and creating value-based systems and strategies which foster and nurture positive human relations, growth and in turn, optimize ROI.
