Optimization of Mould designs to reduce costs and optimize production methods-i have found some latest techniques in Mould.• Plastech form work.• sharp fly form work• peri form work.• Mould tech.3. Assisting in quotation of Mould procurement and design.4.Authorization of invoices for Mould manufacture.5.Follow up with Mould fabrication team for timely delivery-we have limited fabricators.6.Handling logistics for delivery of Mould to factory if outsourced.7.Design of precast products based on client requirements.8.Optimization of product designs to reduce costs and optimize production methods.9.CAD drawings of precast product with reinforcement detailing.10.Coordination with scheduling engineer to organize production.Apart from the above roles I got an opportunity to work on these roles as well.1. Planning to Finish the projects on timeline as it is 1st priority for precast.2. Procurement of materials with aspect of BOM with respect to concerned projects.3. Representing ARTO in clients’ meetings. (Embassy ,Essae, Ultratech, kNS, k2k, Ramky prestige group, Manyatha tech park, BIAL, Infracon, BBMP, Corner Stone) 4. Attending B2C clients.5. Coordinating with erection contractors.6. Preparing Mould invoices, Making Performa invoice and work orders.7. Am coordinating for dispatching of products.
