Strong verbal communication skills, including interviewing, selling, influencing, negotiating and collaborating.•HR Interview Offer Roll Out : Offer the candidates based on the Band/ Title and Salary Grid.Managing complete Recruitment Data for team and Responsible for End to End Recruitment all skills.•Working Closely with Sr VP,Directors of Engineering,Management and MD directly for Offer Approvals.•Organize the preliminary round of interviews with technical panel.•Generating offer letters, contract agreements and other paper work for new hired candidates.•Meeting the candidates after offering with rigorous follow up and converting them to joiners.•Doing reference checks for selected candidates.•Recruiting candidates all around the world (Europe/ India/ China/ USA).

Recruitment specifically in the semiconductor embedded & application space across for India, Europe, Sweden (Volvo) & USA. • Strategy and hiring for top level management positions. • Identify the key-skill sets needed to meet project requirements, screening profiles to identify suitable candidates, follow-up and persuasion of selected candidates for joining.

Involved in Exclusively DFT Hiring and Verification.Worked as individual Contributor and able to close all niche requirements.Successfully built Large number of DFT team within short span of time.Awarded as SPOT Award for Best Performance FY 2013 in Synapse Designs.
