- Investigation of existing traceability processes and analysis and documentation of traceability processes based on ISO 9001 (in addition to internal and external requirements) at VON ARDENNE with SAP Signavio.- Analysing the SAP transactions for traceability and filling the gaps for transparent material traceability throughout the Product life cycle.- Analysing the best practice solution for traceability at VON ARDENNE using a decision matrix.

- Supporting the Failure coordinator & team in the documentation of development measures using checklist and application of QM methods (FMEA,8D) in error management and monitoring of implementation by the SAP system.- As a project team member of the quality department, responsible for supporting the quality functions of the SAP ECC system and the operational quality processes (QA).- Support of sub-projects in process management (SAP Signavio) and the transformation of the ERP system as well as participation in the further development and improvement of digital business process documentation (BPMN).

Responsible for Placing an order for the Warehouse in coordination with the supply chain team.• Be Incharge of Inbound Shipment Process.• Managed all Inventory related topics – Product availability & Inventory accuracy.• Responsible for managing the products in the warehouse.• Responsible for ensuring the best ultimate quality of the Products by performing Quality checks and safety checks.

I performed regular Inspections of pipes weld defects and manufacturing defects in the visual inspection as standard and Inspection of hot rolled coils and MS plates as per Test certificates. Reports Preparation and documentation of all reports as per codes, standards, and Quality assurance plan.
