In that role, I manage a wide array of IT projects and operations, overseeing product development and strategy, software architecture, validation, and integration. I’ve made a number of significant contributions to NetScout’s success, among them: • Spearheading a digital transformation and innovation initiative to improve product operations for a global communications leader; leading customer migration from the legacy platform to a modern, cloud-based architecture, enabling a service expansion and new services.• Creating and executing a product roadmap to evolve services, driving substantial revenue growth; replacing legacy products with the Session Analyzer App to provide continued support for Danaher and NetScout customers.• Garnering employee trust and performance by fostering an inclusive and collaborative climate and encouraging professional growth and development; providing countless hours of training, mentoring, and coaching.Before my current position, I served as senior software development manager at Danaher, which merged with NetScout in the mid-2010s. In that capacity, I led a variety of projects, evaluating deliverables and cost-effectiveness, and ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines. Performing these responsibilities required a combination of communications skills, keen business judgment, and a thorough knowledge of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodology.
