As a Change Analyst, I worked with transformational projects to deliver change from a people and culture perspective, in line with the organisations values and ways of working. This involves exploring and assessing impacts to discover what the change means to the user, supporting learning and development initiatives and planning for the sustainability of.

In this role I helped to provide insight into the store operations across the group. This insight is to ensure informed plans are made based on current practice; to help build a more efficient environment in store, in turn creating a better shopping experience for our customers.Mercury 2 was a program of work that aimed to enable new ways of working across.

I completed various store & department management roles within this time including Customer Service, Produce, Longlife & Online.I also completed the Fastrack Development Program, which was a cross divisional program for employees wishing to broaden their knowledge in different retail environments, whilst getting out of their comfort zone, and developing.
