Colleagues describe them as "I had the great pleasure of working for Challis, albeit briefly, when she was Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Beneficial Management Corp. Shortly after Challis joined Beneficial, the company was acquired by a competitor. But we were oh so lucky to have Challis to lead us through that difficult time! Challis worked tirelessly to advocate for our employees, making sure people were treated fairly, and ensuring that communications were managed well, in a very chaotic and tense environment. She was really an anchor during a storm for a group that had never been through such turmoil. I particularly appreciated her leadership because being so new to our company she could have easily "checked out," yet she was among a handful of leaders who were there day and night making sure things were done "right." I wish her all the best!"
