Though GallopAir has yet to commence operations, under Mr. Cham's stewardship, the company is gearing up for its launch, with a keen focus on expansion, profitability, and customer satisfaction from the outset.As Director and CEO, Mr. Cham is pivotal in crafting GallopAir's strategic trajectory, managing its operations, and monitoring its performance. He skillfully oversees the board of directors, sales and marketing, and service quality teams, indicating his comprehensive leadership capabilities. Mr. Cham is also broadening his horizons through an Executive MBA at the National University of Singapore, with a concentration on business administration and management, underscoring his commitment to continuous learning and leadership excellence.Prior to his venture into GallopAir, Mr. Cham was instrumental at North-Western Cargo International Airline as the Head of Training, where he developed and instituted pivotal training programs and standards for pilots, emphasizing safety, compliance, and efficiency.
