Client Service Associate
I was part of the national sales team and as such is part of the management committee to drive the business. Areas of responsibility included Strategic Planning, Business Development, Off-site Support, Client Support and other sales-related functions. I drove value creation in the company by providing the right framework to assess and support sales decisions. As Client Service Associate, I was a valuable partner to the Business Unit Heads in delivering each business unit goals in terms of sales and revenues.Business Development: I over-achieved targets in top-line and bottom-line sales, i.e., working closely with the sales team by providing sales support to deliver company objectives. Business partnering entailed training the key people in the organization on understanding business and sales targets and setting the right processes and controls. I was instrumental in expanding the company’s client base by selling the “Excelleris Launchpad” integration technologies to medical office assistants and physicians. Moreover, I sourced and developed leads via aggressive cold calls and flyer distribution campaigns, as well as planned and participated in tradeshows and industry conventions.Client Support: I dedicated significant man-hours in client support, training users, particularly medical office assistants and physicians on proper use of product software. Moreover, I provided off-site client support through in-service training, workshops and product presentations to various clients and prospective customers.Database Management: I maintained a comprehensive database of prospective clients and in-house customers; as well as having created a system of documenting sales calls to facilitate follow-ups.
