-Working as a team member on a water pump assembly new project. Supervise the issuance of materials in accordance with the production plan and bill of material (BOM) of the project and the return of finished goods to the inventory.-Have good knowledge of warehouse management systems-Inspected all consignments and ensure that outbound deliveries were 100% accurate.-Implement new SOPs to improve warehouse operational efficiency and effectiveness.-Preparing KPI reports and making senior management aware of the performance. -Making sure outbound deliveries are carried out on time according to the 7r concept in logistics - Managing good returns, market returns & delivery returns. (Reverse logistics)

- Payment coordination for after-sales departments (Service & Spare Parts)-Managing day-to-day payment requests from branches by scheduling, prioritization & process after verification & validity checks. -Handling petty cash and coordinating branch petty cash -Periodic reporting to the senior management on positive measures on the payment process to negate the adverse impact on the cash flow-Support role in account preparation (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly-Supportive role for annual stock verification. -Support role in account preparation (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly) -Supportive role for fixed assets registry update (Periodic)
