-Re-work analysis with root cause and preventive measures in order to maintain the KPI of the department.-Directly updating the management on the re-work status.-Maintaining records of first bulk color and quality behavior in order to get corrective actions for future bulks.-Initiated continuity card method to understand color behavior and make quick and accurate decisions.

-Worked as a colorist for Columbia/Levi’s/H&M/M&S/PVH/Patagonia and Lacoste Brands and nominated colorist for Colombia/ Levi's and H&M.-Handled the project on new spectrophotometer installation with relevant training for the entire team-Color Communication with supplier and brand.-Maintain color hit rate report for supplier and brand-Test and validate the Munsell Hue test for the FT team.-Online color standard ordering and managing available standards.

-Supervise the lab dye process and provide necessary technical guidance to lab technicians in order to ensure accuracy in the dyeing process.-Check the bulk process & and operation side, analyze the rework to find the root cause to find out the solutions, and take preventive action.-Focus on cost reduction, time management, and implementing new processes and follow-up.

-Start Lab dye and continue it in order to achieve the color standard provided by the customer.-To prepare bulk recipes and coordinate all technical aspects of the coloration of fabric and maintain fabric color parameters to match specifications in order to ensure customer requirements are met.-Closely monitor color shades against the customer requirements /technical specifications identify variations and employ logical/systematic approach to prevent reoccurrence.
