 Supervision & Consultancy for Asphalt laying works. Assisting geotechnical analysis, laboratory equipment maintenance, soil testing, and supervision of earthworks and concrete works. Organising contactor, plants and machinery for fieldwork and getting authorisation for fieldwork procedures as per the authority requirements.  Liaising with stakeholders at all levels, working with management teams to drive the timely delivery of projects while delivering guidance to less experienced personnel and assessing drawings to ensure standards are met. Preparing work schedule, method statements including sequence of work, risk assessment and safe work procedure for construction activities fulfilling EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) and other regulatory obligations. Preparation of Quality Management Plan, Safety Management Plan and Environmental Management Plan to maintain the clear and clear and visible project management practices and technical documentation. Experience in managing sites, workforce to comply the construction is flowing through applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.

 Preparation of Master Program considering the duration given. Involving in finding solutions for public complaints and claims. Preparation of EIA, Quality Management Plan, Safety Management Plan and implementation. Preparation of shop drawings to easier the construction works. Providing technical guidance and support to the engineering and drafting personnel. Arranging & attending actively progress review meetings. Conducting thorough site inspections and surveys and summarising findings in reports. Managing site works such as guiding subcontractors, arranging plants and machinery for site work considering efficient timeframe. Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
