As a Stress Analyst Engineer, I was a part of a team whom conducted stress analysis and compilation of Stress Analysis Report of the Rear Fuselage section of Bombardier C-100 Aircraft for the Federal Aviation Authority. The said Aircraft Project was purchased by AIRBUS SE and was renamed Airbus A220-100.• Performed Stress Analysis using classical and FEA methods on Fuselage metallic alloy components of Mid Fuselage Primary Structure/ Aft Door/ Interior Components / Window Surround using industry approved Stress Analysis methodologies. • Developed VBA macro-based tools in A220-300 mid fuselage load extraction for analysis calculations. • Wrote Strength Check Notes for Aircraft Certification per Bombardier Stress Manual in-compliance with Quality Standards.• Finite Element modelling using FEMAP V10 to model Passenger/Cargo door intercostals and subsidiary parts and FE analysis using NEI Nastran solver for design validation. • Assisted to develop Gap-Clash tool for fuselage mate joint using Excel VBA Macros. • Analyzed Mid Fuselage for Allowable Damage limits. • Static Strength and Fatigue/Damage Tolerance Analysis and Determination of material allowable.• Use of ENOVIA DMU for measuring and conducting Finite Element Analysis (NASTRAN/FeMap) to interpret/validate analysis data.
