My career has been varied, beginning in Systems Engineering, via Software Engineering, to my current Airport Manager Role.Having been employed by target based and well-known Companies, l relish a challenge working well under pressure and readily adapt to change.An experienced Aviation and Engineering professional with a passion for operational excellence, staff development, stakeholder management and driving process improvement.Particularly over 11 years in aviation management, with an operational, customer service and guest experience focus. Over my long career in the aviation industry with Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Ltd, I manage day-to-day operations of the airport, both driven and supported numerous change initiatives, manage emergencies/critical incidents and delivering outstanding customer service and guest experience.I am also capable of balancing multiple deadlines while maintaining an organized, yet creative approach. I am a strong team leader/player with the ability to work in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment, to achieve commercial gains.
