𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦Sana Platform runs as a SaaS, mainly it provides features to host and manage Sana Commerce cloud applications.- I joined as a senior software engineer to Sana Platform team, then was promoted to associate tech lead during the course.- I have been involved in upgrading ASP .NET MVC 4 application to ASP .NET MVC 5 framework as a hybrid app, both together with the MVC layer and the Web API layer.- Spearheading in designing and development of security in the Sana Platform portal, introducing new permission module and authorization modules. Furthermore, I took the initiative to design and develop the extension of the permission module to role, permission, and sub permission levels.- Involved in developing Azure continuous, on demand web jobs, Kubernetes jobs, and Kubernetes cron jobs to automate different processes on the platform.- Led the design and development of the platform unused resource cleaning process.- Led the design and development of the platform resource health check process.- Led the development of platform application backup Kubernetes Cron Job (backing up application databases, app contents, add-on packages, and application settings).- Led the development of the platform application upgrade Kubernetes Job.- Involved in the development of Azure Active Directory single sign on app creation with certificates and secrets.- Involved in analyzing performance issues using Azure application insights and app service monitoring tools (Metrics and Logs).- Involved in portal performance improvements and code refactoring.- Process improvement to enhance the productivity of product support.- Coaching and mentoring team members to use their maximum potential.

𝐒𝐀𝐏 𝐁1 𝐌𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞SAP B1 middleware runs as a connector between the SANA e-commerce web application and SAP B1 ERP to exchange data.- I joined as a senior software engineer on the SAP Business One engineering team, involving myself in the design, development, and testing of the SAP B1 middleware for SANA e-commerce.- Involved in improving the performance of the middleware in the data synchronization area.- Provided on-call technical support on critical and non-critical services of the middleware.- Involved in middleware deployment of customers’ resources.- Involved in research of SAP Business One service layer with SAP HANA DB.- Involved in converting the SAP Business One middleware to work with the service layer with SAP HANA DB.

The customer portal is used as a customer relationship management application.- I joined as a software engineer, then was promoted to senior software engineer during the course. This whole project started with two members, including myself and another tech lead.- Led the design and development of the whole portal and the customer portal.- Involved in requirement gathering and analysis.- Involved in directing customers for infrastructural changes.- Coaching and mentoring new comers to use their maximum potential.
