Current- Steering Wheel Design: Collaborate on the design and development of an ergonomic steering wheel for the driver interface using SolidWorks CAD software. Ensure the design enhances the comfort, usability, and performance for the driver.Manufacturing and Fabrication:- Water Jet Cutting: Operated the water jet to cut precise components for the steering wheel structure, ensuring accuracy in line with design specifications.- 3D Printing: Manufactured custom grips for the steering wheel using 3D printing technology to improve driver comfort and ergonomics.- Carbon Fiber Layup: Collaborated in the fabrication process using carbon fiber layup techniques to enhance strength and reduce the weight of the steering wheel- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with various team members to ensure that the ergonomic and control systems meet the project’s goals. Participate in design reviews and iterative development processes to continuously improve the vehicle's performance.
