• Represent Zillow’s interest as a purchaser• Coordinate activities among various internal teams to ensure seamless transitions from purchase closing to ownership through resale closing• Review and approve open escrow documentation, earnest money, diligence items, title commitments, taxes, leases, disclosures, settlement statements, and closing packages

• Promote and manage paid contract to close services for agents and agent teams• Document tracking for a large volume of real estate transactions• Ensure real estate contracts and commission documents are processed properly and in a timely matter, with a focus on the details
