Network Technician
CurrentI cover a multitude of areas and responsibilities for the business. Sometimes my work consists of IT remote support, for example adding a printer to a customer's computer, integrating microsoft accounts, or resolving an issue with POP email protocol. I do repair work on computers as well, from solving a charging port issue on a laptop to fixing issues with partitions. The IT works consist of remote and onsite work. I also am responsible for installation of hardware, from installing a sound system or new network ranging from an indivdual household to a full-scale business. We have a huge client clientele and we are responsible for manging local and cloud servers.
