Mr. Chambers’ professional experience includes founding a myriad of businesses, acting as a Senior Investment Advisor (and developing significant books of business), spearheading capital raising initiatives for public and private entities, and for providing consulting services to organizations looking to build their marketing and investment viability profile. Indeed, and over the past 15 years, Mr. Chambers is credited with raising well over $200 million on behalf of companies with assets around the globe, in the consumer goods, technology, natural resources, real estate, renewables and healthcare sectors. Mr. Chambers has worked with companies supporting IPOs, developing strategic partnerships, creating easy to understand marketing message, devising acquisition strategy (for expansion purposes) and proposing capital raise campaigns that captured investor attention and convinced them that the growth targets they desired were achievable. Mr. Chambers is recognized as an expert on a global scale and his services are in high demand. More specifically, work experience includes founding, leading and serving as Principal Consultant with GMFB Communications (2007 – 2014, a company that specialized in marketing initiatives for small to medium sized public and private entities in the natural resource space), co-founding 3P International Energy (2010 – 2012, where he was credited for building and implementing an in-depth marketing plan through GMFB Communications), co-founding and serving as Director of BFK Capital (2014 –2016, where he was credited for setting organizational structure and raising capital), co-founding Hydropothecary (2014 – 2017, where he was credited for structuring the business, raising capital and taking it public), serving as Financier with Planet Shrimp (2015 – 2016, where he raised capital and brought strategic investors to the deal), and as Managing Director/Senior Consultant/co-Head of Equity Capital Markets with Bellotti Capital Partners (2013 – 2017, where he devised capital raising and partnership strategy, and worked with clients on deal sourcing, corporate restructuring, organizational analysis and marketing strategies). In November of 2021 Mr. Chambers founded Corbo Capital Inc., a capital markets consulting firm focused on corporate restructuring, financing, and deal sourcing.
