Recently I have started an exciting new challenge entering the rental industry. Taking on the role of Sales Administrator for Dynamic Fluid Solutions and now stepping up to take on the role of Office Manager.Previously working for Warner Hotels for more than 7 years I have quickly learnt and developed my skills in Holiday Sales and Management. Having spent nearly 3 years as Reception Manager of Thoresby Hall Hotel, successfully helping to reopen the hotel post pandemic, retraining and recruiting my own team to excellent standards. Alongside supporting the rest of our management team and their departments as and when needed.I transitioned from an operational role, to a adminstrative role, within the Warner support team. Working within the Partnerships team I now work closely with our coach and group partners, providing admistrative support and pre-arrival planning for our coach and groups guests. I quickly progessed within this role to become a senior team member within 7 months. Taking on extra responsibilities including handling and responding to post stay complaints. With a Batchlors Degree in Event Management and Masters Degree in International Tourism Management I want to grow within the tourism industry, managing a team and improving guest experience.
