Managed the activities of the Feed Coalition to build a collaborative feed value chain. The Feed Coalition is an affiliation of producer associations, industry, and research organizations within the feed value chain that collaboratively communicate, advocate, and educate regarding feed issues. Their focus is on results that develop new business opportunities, drive/support competitiveness and increase profitability and sustainability.

Delivered eight successful Stampede agriculture education programs by guiding five committees (120 members) to completion on-time requiring: budget preparation and monitoring, influencing to adhere to corporate objectives, liaising with industry professionals, meeting organization and presentation, distribution of meeting agendas and notes.

Developed program content and marketing in consultation with Alberta Invasive Plants Council Directors. Liaised with speakers to coordinate presentations and travel arrangements. Coordinated conference participant registration, payment and information package. Authored final report documentation including: participant evaluations, positive financial status and goals for future programs.

Managed invasive and noxious weeds in the Bow River Basin from Banff National Park to the Saskatchewan border. Annual surveys to map infestations were completed on foot, by boat and helicopter. Implemented invasive weed eradication through education and coordination with local Agricultural Societies, Alberta Environment & Sustainable Resource Development, Trout Unlimited Canada, Alberta Irrigation Districts, the gardening public and school programs.

Modified western Canadian programs to fit with local farming practices, managed regional staff as a member of the development team.
