Current30 Grosvenor Square Project: Luxury Hotel and BallroomIn the 30 GS project, we are designing the entire ballroom and spa areas for this luxury hotel project. This includes gyms, a spa pool, spa treatment areas, and male and female changing rooms. Our team has taken on the design of most of the project's spaces, with the ballroom design being the most challenging yet rewarding achievement for us as a team.Design Coordination-Responsible for coordinating drawings related to the spa areas of the project.Liaising with various trades to gather all necessary information to ensure proper coordination and to deliver high-quality design solutions.Collaborating with my team to address and resolve any issues efficiently, enabling smooth progress throughout the project.-Overseeing O&M (Operation and Maintenance) responsibilities and managing all packages, including:Ballroom packageSpa packageBOH (Back of House) packagePool package
