Chamikara Jayakody has 14+ years of corporate experience in telecom, construction, education and management consultancy. He specializes in strategy formulation, product development, solution selling, organizational development, and learning & and development. He is the Deputy GM – Business Excellence at Brandix Corporate Campus.As Product Manager for Roaming at Dialog Axiata PLC, Chamikara launched One Country One Rate and Smart Data Roaming Plans, and later consulted for Robi Bangladesh. He also set up the International Strategic Business Unit (ISBU) under Axiata in Malaysia.Chamikara has corporate experience in Malaysia, Bangladesh and has attended international conferences in China, UAE, Portugal, Luxembourg and Singapore.He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, an MBA from Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), and an Executive Master of Science in Strategic Marketing from Asia e University, Malaysia. He has completed the National Diploma in Training & Human Resource Development program with a Distinction pass at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka (CIPM).
