Double-line Railway project between Gatambe to Sarasaviuyana (2km)Via duct -Warakapola Ambepussa bypass Road.Construction of a 2km railway project that has commenced to develop a single-track into a double-track system. To create the necessary stable space, several engineering solutions are employed. Accordingly, project includes construction of two bridges including micropile deep foundation. Additionally, we are implementing a comprehensive slope protection system utilizing methods such as soil nailing and shotcrete, as well as constructing retaining structures through cantilever and gravity methods. Moreover, the project includes the development of a proper drainage system, earthworks, and embankment filling, as well as the building of new platforms and the foundation of the new track. It is a complex and multifaceted endeavor that demands careful planning and execution to ensure the successful expansion of this vital railway infrastructure..Additionally, I engaged with a Viaduct project that belongs to the bypass road project, which commenced to ease traffic congestion. There,I managed to implement the foundation work of a 200-meter-long bridge consisting of seven spans, two abutments, & six piers.
