As the UI/UX Designer at REF Media, I am responsible for crafting seamless and engaging user experiences for our digital platforms, including the design of the REF Media website. My role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a user-centered approach in every project.Key responsibilities and achievements include:• Website Design: Leading the design of the REF Media website, creating an intuitive and visually appealing interface that enhances user engagement and aligns with our brand identity.• Wireframing & Prototyping: Developing wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and workflows, facilitating clear communication of ideas and iterative improvements.• Visual Design: Crafting aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces that enhance user satisfaction across all digital platforms.• Collaboration: Working closely with developers and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and high-quality digital products on time and within scope.• Continuous Learning: Staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the table and continuously improve design processes.Through my work at REF Media, I have successfully contributed to the launch of several key projects, resulting in improved user engagement and positive feedback from clients and users alike. During my internship at Amplifyn, I:• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for Amplifyn’s web and mobile applications.• Created wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.• Implemented user-centered design principles to develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.• Assisted in the development of design systems and style guides, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.• Participated in daily stand-ups and design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to refine designs and improve team collaboration.• Gained experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better understand implementation constraints and opportunities.
