• As the Planning and Construction Engineer, develop detailed project plans and designing the road, considering factors such as terrain, traffic flow, and environmental impact with monitoring and guiding the technical.
• Supervise construction activities on-site, including earthworks, paving, and drainage installation, to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to monitor work progress and identify any issues or deviations from the plan.
