I am currently working as an IT Technician at Blue Lion Moving Services providing tech services in commercial relocation projects. Involved in setting up and configuring tech for clients in new and existing office/workstation spaces. I am exposed to managing/running different size of projects collaboratively with the project managers to surpass client expectations. Project Management and client liaison are major aspects of my role and comfortable working with different contractors and stakeholder liaising. Worked with major clients such as Department of Transportation, Department of Home Affairs, Australian Federal Police (AFP), VicPolice, Australia Post, Deloitte, BHP, Telstra, ANZ, NAB, ATO, Ashurst, EA Games, MONASH University, MONASH Health etc.VICTORIA POLICE Supervised teams of 2-4 technicians responsible for refreshing and imaging 3000+ desktops and laptops throughout the state of Victoria across most police stations. Liaised with Officers in charge of each station and their IT teams to ensure implementation of new tech was done without disruptions to sensitive workflow. Project was valued at $50M+. Liaised with Victoria Police EFS Management, IT Support Services and Field teams to develop solutions and streamline repair processes and update procedures for support action consistency. Responded to support tickets from end-users using bespoke Victoria Police software and explained technical information in clear terms to promote better understanding for non-technical users.ANZ Banking Group Lead a team of 4-6 technicians in a new tech rollout project setting up 4000+ new workstations. Project was valued at $5M+. Liaised and supervised Electrical sub-contractors during a 6000 staff move which included setting up 4300 workstations with cable management meeting high standards. Developed and maintained courteous and effective working relationships with management at JLL/ISS and ANZ.
