Interaction with various client segments and product sales in compliance with Khushhali Bank i.e. First Micro Finance Bank in Pakistan, policies and guidelines. Effect initial situation analysis and proceed for formation of community groups (CG) to obtain approval from respective supervisory office.  Effect complete documentation of credit cases including CG formation process, individual borrowers records, joint CG loan processing and related terms, disbursements of cheques and regular/periodical reviews of credit cases in line with social sector development practices adopted by the Khushhali Bank ensuring stringent compliance and producing period reports for management’s review of performance and policy impacts.  Effective and efficient member of sale team through proactive coordination, guidance and counseling, assist in improving bank, s operational efficiency and portfolio (asset/liability) quality, identify and resolve processing related problems and ensure effective utilization of resources
