During my internship, I successfully managed multiple responsibilities, including monthly and quarterly VAT and SSCL calculations, employee claims management ( via HRIS and INRANET ) and intercompany reconciliations. I also introduced a new lookup formula for the company operation, significantly reducing the time spent on report generation. My work encompassed financial statement analysis, AR and AP analysis, customer invoicing, and local and foreign bank reconciliations. Furthermore, I was actively involved in the documentation related to bid and performance bonds and performed credit card reconciliations for HSBC, May Bank, DBS Bank, and NDB.My experience in handling QuickBooks and Xero software, along with my focus on delivering accuracy and efficiency in all financial tasks, has allowed me to contribute positively to the finance team's operations.
