As a Master Data Management (MDM) Agent is responsible for overseeing the organization’s master data operations, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all business functions. This role involves collaborating with various departments to develop and implement data governance policies, managing data quality initiatives, and leveraging data to drive business insights and strategic decision-making.*Data Governance and Strategy:-Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and consistency.-Define and maintain data management standards, best practices, and guidelines.-Collaborate with business units to identify data needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.*Data Quality Management:-Monitor and improve data quality across the organization, implementing data cleansing and validation processes.-Conduct regular data audits and implement corrective actions to address data discrepancies.-Develop and maintain data quality.*Master Data Maintenance:-Oversee the creation, maintenance, and retirement of master data elements.-Ensure the accuracy and completeness of master data across systems and databases.-Work with IT teams to manage master data integration and synchronization processes.*Data Analytics and Reporting:-Support business intelligence and analytics initiatives by providing high-quality master data.-Develop and deliver data reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.-Utilize data visualization tools to present data findings to senior leadership.
