I have more than Ten years of experience in the tyre industry, with a background in electrical and electronics engineering and a certification in Six Sigma.I am passionate about applying lean methods, root cause analysis, and problem solving skills to reduce scrap, improve productivity, and enhance quality in the tyre production process. Some of my recent achievements include reducing calendar fabric scrap by 46%, increasing mould utilization by 7%, and achieving 95% utilization of the calendar department.
