Designing of mechanical tools, jigging and setups to support research and validation of Optical chips, subassemblies and future products.Interacting with suppliers and manufacturing partners for the procurement of the parts.Building and validation of the system with support of my team members.Supporting and improve existing setups and tooling.Documenting engineering reports, engineering drawings, and equipment design specifications.

-Creation of a shared Electronic System between these companies, dedicated to the improvement of existing products.-Taking charge of the design studies of this system, taking into account the needs of both teams.-Development of the technical solutions and elaboration of the technical drawings/plans.-Realization Flow simulations of the system to optimize its design and validate its operation.-Collaboration with suppliers for the creation of prototypes and the follow-up of their execution.-Preparation of assembly documents, mounting documents and validation reports.

-Modeling and mechanical design of new products (High tech instruments, Interconnects) and improving existing products.-Respecting geometric dimensioning and tolerance of products in respect of the regulations.-Elaborate flow/ thermal simulations and analyze them to ensure the proper functioning of electronic products.-Producing mechanical definition files including drawings and bills of material using CAD software SolidWorks, Inventor.-Liaise with suppliers to validate the technical feasibility of specified components and optimize their costs.-Produce prototypes and test them before marketing.-Understanding of the importance of the mechanical engineering in electronic products.-Manage the work of technicians and create assembly document.
